OUR BOOKKEEPING RATES:

Our rates depend on the type of work and the number of transactions involved which helps us estimate the time needed to complete the project.  Bookkeeping rates are generally about $45 - $35 per hour depending on the skills required.  Accounting, tax and consulting work are billed at a higher rate. 

You can save money by contracting for a fixed number of hours based on estimates of how much time it will take.

We can also set up and train you and your staff on using QuickBooks!   You can then use our services depending on what additional services you would require.  We are located in the Inland Empire in Southern California, and are able to meet the needs of the local businesses.

QUICKBOOKS TRAINING AND CONSULTING:

Our small classes for QuickBooks is $199 for six hours of instruction and $349 for 12 hours.   Individual training costs about $55 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours.
